I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The price of the chicken tender meal had increased by at least 30%... and basically the added 1 large side and 2 biscuits for the price increase. When I got home with my meal, I discovered that thechicken strips were a little over cooked, they didn?t include gravy with my mashed potatoes or include any dipping sauces. Ialso didn?t receive honey or butter with my biscuits, as well as no plastic wear. I guess this my sound picky but I KFC?sreputation is generally great and for the price increase I expected better from KFC. Read more
So when I pull up to order a 3 piece combo she asks, rudely and cutting me off..dark meat or white..I said 2 thig...she... interrupted again dark or white!? Pretty sure it's not labeled that way or ordered cause after I said white she cut me off againlike the order was done...WOOooWWW... I went to this location yesterday 26 May 22 and ordered the 8 piece original with mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw and a... additional side of mac-n-cheese. I got home and opened the cole slaw and it smelled rotten. Definitely had gone bad, so Ithrew it away. I didn't have my mashed potatoes, but instead had 2 mac-n-cheese. Not fond of gravy on mac-n-cheese. In thisarea, pretty much all the food places have bad service and food. I actually talked to the area manger of the Wingstop that isjust on the corner of 122nd and Penn about the horrible services there. His response was that they can't get good help inthere. If that is the case then and with these other food places, then close them all down. Why keep them open? Do youreally care about the customer or just making a dollar on literally bad food, and service. Read more

Pros: fast, comfort foods, crispy chicken sandwich I went through the drive through and was pleased with the short wait and... friendly service. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich $3.99. It was so juicy and the a spicy sauce was good. Just a bit saltybut I would definitely repurchase! Read more
