Horrible service I was ignored standing at the front counter for a good 15min. No baby changing table. You can see holes in the wall where one used to be. Good gravy. Those things are so cheap! One star bc... honestly, if they can't be bothered to maintain necessary restroom equipment, can you really trust their cooking area is cleanand up to standards? Yikes. Read more
It was awful never going back long wait! out of most everything biscuits and chicken no tea .I ended up with a few real small... pieces of chicken that was not what I wanted .I will start going to Chicken Express or other chicken place the last time I wentto Chicken Express they had full staff and was fast and accurate . Food was great, but the drive thru was extremely slow. 2 cars ahead of me and was there 35minutes. And they got my order wrong... after I repeated it 3 times at the speaker. Went to pick up the chicken bowls, they are $5 each one has macaroni and chicken, the other one has mashed potatoes corn and... chicken. You have your choice between spicy chicken and original and either one. The young man that works the drive-thru wasvery nice and polite, he said they've been so busy today so it was going to take 12 minutes to make more macaroni. I told him Iwould wait and they gave me a free small drink, it looked like he was working the whole place by himself. But he was stillpolite and very nice, I will be going back there. Read more
The manager, in charge at this store tonight, apparently forgot to come to work. I arrived at the drive thru at approximately... 5:20pm waiting to have my order taken while I watched three cars in front of me receive their orders. Approximately 5:40, I amstill waiting to be acknowledged after running my engine for over twenty minutes with gas that I paid more than $4 per gal for. Do NOT come here. I didn't pay nearly ten dollars for pot pie meal, with a Dr. pepp, a side os mashed potatoes to only get a pot... pie that is only filled to A QUARTER of the little pan. Talk about lazy? Nah... This place is as trashy as its employees.???????????????? Read more
