We went through the drive-thur, the only draw back was they forgot one of our food items but food was really good
went in a little after 12 noon, only had one kind of chicken (Crispy). lady was rude, I asked for legs and thighs got breast and... wings. and got a hair in the chicken. They acted like they didn't like there job. Won't go back there again. Read more
They don't understand d an order a 2 piece dark original with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Said I couldn't have an extra side.... Wo.an at window said the 2 piece only comes with one side. I told her I realized that and pay for the extra side but shewouldn't let me have it. I just drove away. I will not be back there after being a customer for years I have now experiencedthe worst customer (dis)service of my life. Read more

Great Place Ate mothers day...lunch
I was short on money so i was gonna pay cash and card. I guess the cashier didn't know how, which was fine, I was gonna explain... how since I work cash registers too. I wasn't gonna get an attitude or anything. I guess the manager came over and got anattitude with me, and i was gonna just see if i had enough change for the rest of it and she rudely told me to pull up until Ihad my money ready even though no one was behind me until after I had pulled up. I decided to just leave, didn't even bothergetting what change I had already given them back. I wasn't aware that me having to scrape together money to get their food thati actually enjoy would upset them so much. As a cashier I get that it's annoying when people do this or pay with mostly changebut if you can't handle it then you don't need to work there. Read more
I was so disappointed, the chicken was old, dried out, I got the chicken strip dinner. I didn't receive all my sides or my... drink and was served by a manager. I went back through the drive through to tell the manager and I received what was missingfrom my order, then I asked once again for sauce for my strips, she gave me one small sauce for a 5 strip dinner, when I askedfor more, she told me that I was only allowed one, for a 5 piece ? You are kidding me right ? So I decided to just use bar b quesauce from home. It was so dry that I threw it in the trash rather than going back up there and dealing with the rude and nastymanager, I don't recommend this KFC Read more
