When u walk in the doors are dirty, no greeting. When asked about something for a bucket meal, told cant do a bucket with legs... wings and thighs. Cause of a promotion. If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. I said tenders in the window I don?t eat kfc because it?s chicken that?s filled... that junk and then very overpriced at that however I was on a time crunch. But to ask for tenders and said tenders multipletimes. Call to see if I can bring it back and exchange it and let?s just say staff quality is trash and unprofessional. The original recipe chicken tasted bad. The recipe has been changed and it's not good. Macaroni and cheese bowl was awful as... well. It was cold and looked like it was squeezed out a bag and hard chicken pieces put on top. Nasty just nasty, all of it. Thedrink was good. Read more
This place has the worse customer service , PERIOD! I am not sure what rock they found the people to work at this location but... it is bad! They mess up the order every time , then get mad when you ask them for the mossing items . I would give this placezero stars if I was allowed to. Do your self a favor and go to the one on nw 39th st and skip this hell hole. Also dont bothercalling because they are not smart enough to answer the phone. I had not tried the "famous" chicken sandwich that was all the hype. We drove by this location and my hubby thought, why not try... one. We pull up, ordered the chicken sandwich, the lady read back original chicken sandwiches, and gave us our total. We pullup, very nice lady, and pay. She asked us to pull around and she would bring it to us. There was 2 doors we went to one andafter 6 minutes we wondered if it was the wrong door so I got out, door locked, I had to walk around to other door, it waslocked too! Sat back in the truck for another 5 minutes and she finally came out with our food. It wasn't hot like we expected,due to wait time but wasn't cold. A couple bites in my mouth was starting to burn ???? took some soda and a couple more bitesand finally mentioned the heat to my husband, he hadn't drank so I thought it was me. I said this is pretty spicy for original.He agreed. She made sure to tell us original in the order. I knew something was up, looked at the wrapper, and she gave us 2spicy sandwiches. Went thru drive thru made me pull up to the doors even tho I was the only customer. Then I get home start to eat they gave me a... wing instead of a leg and my strips were so hard I almost broke a tooth. I called 10 times to talk to them. The fifth calllsomeone answered then told me "hold on one second" then hung up. The eighth time I called they answered said hello then hung up.I am not happy at all and they were very rude. Read more
