Grab a "hot & ready" for an on the go lunch for the family. The man at the window was extremely short and rude to begin with but... then when my husband asked for something's he closed the window in the middle of his sentence and then copped an attitude whenhe needed to turn around a 2nd time to get napkins. Then to it top off the pizza is OLD & COLD!! So cold that the grease hassolidified and nasty. Total waste of time and money. Read more

Iv had good and bad experience with this little Caesars tonight I was 60 cents short and the girl told me not to worry about it... very nice. But last week I called in a pickup order and when I arrived the guy told me that my order was never placed and I hadto wait another 20 min to get my food. I think it just depends on who is working. The guy tried to tell me that someone who wason a different shift Must have took my order over the phone, didn't put it in the system then left this was 8:30 at night andthey had an hour and a half to close so that didn't make any sense. The deep dish is still doughy after requesting to be cooked ten more minutes, was charged for two drinks only received one & had... to go back to get the nasty m&m brownie desserts they have what are not worth $4 again was charged for them but not given. Worse service ever! They are racist/prejudiced and sad part is it was a minority too! I ordered my pizza online at 11am and when... I got there they said it won?t be done until 1230 and there?s nothing they can do about it even if the app says it?s done. Not acompensation or even an apology. Instead I was greeted with attitude by the manager Gustavo. I asked to speak to someone elseand he said no. When I asked for a refund, he said no as well. Horrible customer service! Read more
