Went in for a hot n' ready sausage pizza yesterday. Only 1 pizza was ready, I paid for it, opened it, and took a look. It was... burnt and not fresh looking. I let them know and they said they'd make me another, it'd be ready in 10 min. I obliged, receivedthe pizza, and went home. I opened it and it looked like the same pizza, just more burnt! I ate it anyway and ended up gettingsick from it all night. I called in today and they told me that all I could do is call corporate to remedy this. Well, theyaren't opened by corporate. Only 3 storses in okc are. After calling them back and dealing with a very rude light skinned womanwith tattoos all down her arm and hand was very rude to me, gave me a false name and took no responsibility for the pizza. Itwas the worst customer service, and she has no business dealing with customers with an attitude like that. I hope whomever ownsthis store trains their employees much betterbun the future. I am no longer a fan of Little Ceasars, and with so many otherbetter options out there, I reccomend you go ANYWHERE ELSE. Read more
This place has gone way way down hill!!! The employees have the worst attitudes. They could care less about anything but looking... at their phones and just being completely nasty to everyone. The pizza is usually okay but this time was extra horrible.Completely burt to a crisp. We will not go back to this location again !! Read more
I paid $4 for "extra Italian sausage " and barely received any????????????
Wife put in an online order for one cheese, one crazy bread, and one soda pop. Order took about five minute longer than... expected and was burned. The wait wouldn't bother so much if the pizzeria wasn't staffed by no less than three people dawdlingon their phones. Also gave us a diet version because they were out of regular which also wouldn't bother but they were veryunapologetic and rude about it. I never expect much from Ceasars but this place still let me down. Edited to add: I read someother reviews for this establishment and wanted to point out some more similarities. Steven was the manager on duty tonight asthat's who the cashier yelled for when my wife asked if our pizza was ready, since we didn't get an email saying it was and itwas past the ready time. This woman was very racist with some clients because they asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish. She treated them badly... and took them out of the store. All the customers inside the store saw it and worst of all is that someone else started takingorders and took it funny. Very bad. Read more
Very inconvenient! My order was to take 20 min. Got there in 21. Pizza just comes out the over but wings had to be put in?? I... wait an extra 10 min when I was told 6. Get home and the pizza isn't cut all the way thru and my stuff crust is no longerstuffed, it baked out. Did I mention I am moving with everything packed. I had to hunt for a knife. I'd probably dealt with thisbtr if that wasnt the situation at hand. Will be my last visit to this location. Read more
Ordered on the app, got the notification and drove over. The notification said to ask the cashier. So I asked and told her my... order # and she said it's not ready when it is it'll be in the box. She then puts in ear buds and continues to do nothing. Overan hour waiting in the lobby, watching every order get filled and at the point of wanting a refund a different person asks myorder # and when I tell them they said oh it was to big for the box and been sitting behind the counter the whole time. The girlin the front needs to work a different job. She obviously doesn't pay attention or care. Read more
