This is the 2nd time I've used this location to try and grab something during my 30m lunch break. Both times I have been told... that their "Hot and Ready" wasn't ready and I would need to wait 20+ minutes. The one thing this company sales on the most andthis location cannot live up to it. If the pizza is made 5 stars easily, if the pizza is not made, the wait time is a lot longer than usual giving it 4 stars ??

No other vehicles when we arrived at the drive through. Pulled up to the speaker, waited almost five minutes, nothing. No "may I... help you" or "may I take your order" nothing. I assumed the speaker was broken so I drove to the service window. Waited morethan five minutes. I could see a young woman at the register texting on her phone, she never turned to acknowledge me. Anotheryoung woman came into view with several pizzas in her hands. She glanced over at us, said something to the "texting" employee,then finally came to the window to ask me what I wanted. I explained my order, she made the arduous journey to the holdingshelves and returned with an order of crazy bread and sauce. No "thank you," or "sorry for your wait." Rude, time-wasting,distracted employees. This shop needs a true manager of people, not a couple of teenagers who hate their jobs and find customersto be an inconvenience. Read more
This place used to be our cheap junk food night place, but since the online app became available, we end up getting the pizza... much fresher than walking in. And the quality of pizza is higher than even a year or two ago. The staff have always beencourteous and the store clean. The drive thru sign needs to be fixed up. Earlier today I had called little ceasers because my friends and I couldn?t find the place. When I had called the guy who had... picked up was Austin w. Austin had decided that my question wasn?t worth answering and hung up on me. When I went inside thestore Austin was completely differently and was acting all nice.
