This place it not what it use to be. We?ve come here for years and had always been so happy with the quality and service. Last... night it was so hot inside. We couldn?t wait to take our ice cream and go outside where it was still hot but had fresh air. Thequality of toppings and cone have severly gone down. The chocolate on dipped waffle cones turned white and looked stale. Thefresh mango fruit was the only topping that made the mango ice cream taste decent, though though coming from. ?Great Value?frozen fruit bag. The banana ice cream tasted very artificial and gross. The blueberries were too sour. Braum?s is waaaaybetter. This place was not worth the $27 ($30+ with tips and tax) we paid for 4 small ice cream cups. Also their typing stationwas super gross with toppings being very mixed together (both dry and wet ingredients) and they obviously didn?t implement anytype of cleaning routine between each ice cream mixes (of when they mix the toppings in the ice cream with their metal tools).When they placed my icecream cup on the counter above the topping station, the cup had no clean area to hold. The ice cream waseverywhere on the cup. Upon trying to wrap a napkin around to have a clean hold, it toppled over. Toppings fell out and theyjust handed it bavk to meeven messier. That?s not even the worst part. The 2 young ladies that served us were a bit rude, rushed(with only 2 people behind us), and not friendly (even before my ice cream cup accidently fell). Went at about 2 today and the lights were off and seemed closed. The door was propped open so we went in and called out asking... if they were opened. After about 2 minutes someone finally came out from the back and we asked if the were actually opened. Theemployee rudely and mockingly said "the door was open wasn't it?". We just left. The ice cream at this place has always been very good. However, for my most recent visit on Saturday, July 30, my vanilla ice... cream had a very sour taste, so I was very disappointed in my purchase. Unfortunately, I was forced to get rid of it because ofthe taste. Read more

Tried this place for the first time. Flavor: the ice cream had a sour taste to it, the fudge was more like chocolate... syrup. Customer service: fantastic, the people there were happy and quick to make the orders. Price: higher then what your payat a Braums or other ice cream places. Absolutely an amazing experience. The staff was so sweet. Unfortunately the AC has broken over the holiday weekend, but the... employees are making the best of the situation. The customer service from them is absolutely exemplary, despite some of theother customers being rude to them about something out of their control.
