My husband and I were the only ones inside eating and it took 30 minutes to get our pizza. The pizza hardly had cheese or sauce ... on it ...to be honest I think my preschool students could of made a better pizza!! Salad Bar was good though!! Read more
Food was good service was trash. Waited in the P/U line behind 2 other cars and rather than have the first pull up to help the... next they just let it sit there. Finally parked and went in to get my order. Waited another 10 min for my food. Needless tosay, when I left the same car was still at the window. Staff doesn't seem to concerned with customer service. Wow, what happened Mazzio's? The best thing you had going tonight for the buffet was the salad. This makes the second time we... have given your buffet a shot only to be disappointed, you use to do so well...We arrived roughly around 5pm to old dried outpizza. Then after waiting through the salads for fresh pizza to (obviously) arrive it appeared no one even noticed. When freshwas requested, 20 minutes later you delivered burnt pizza. I'm guessing possibly a new crew or management? Guess, we will see ifit's gotten better at your I240 & Penn store. Read more
Ordered thru the app. Pick a pair and one extra. Received 2 pizzas. This is not right. Will not use app again.
