They never get your order right for take out. So frustrating! Front desk staff are awesome!

No more chances. We love dining in but Curbside orders are never complete or are unsatisfactory/ disappointing. If we don?t... check it, we always get home with things missing. Tonight I checked and i thought we had everything (missing kids cookies!) notonly that but the kids fruit side has a MUCH smaller amount than we?re used to (shrinkflation?), and my avocados in my potatoare actually rotten? I?m sorry but this is not an isolated incident and other people complain about the same things all thetime? you all charge too much for this to be happening sooo often, when is it going to change??? The food is usually pretty good. BUT the last 4 times I ordered food this month with curbside pick up twice the food was... brought out within 5 minutes after pressing "I'm here". This evening and one other time this month I pressed "I'm here" thistime I called after sitting 10 minutes and a girl brought out our food. The other time no one came out after pressing I'm hereand 13 minutes later I just went inside and asked for my food. No I'm sorry or anything, just push it across the counter to meand walk away. Why is curbside offered if the workers and manager are not paying attention? Plus I hate that each time Iprepaid a tip. I won't do that anymore until my food is brought out to me. Really need to properly train all employees. It'sridicules. Each time they weren't even busy so there was no excuse. PLUS today we ordered 2 two of the sandwiches that weresupposed to have jalenpo crisp chips on them but there wasn't any on either sandwich. The spring greens look wilted. Where'sthe avocado? McAlisters Deli. Has always gave us great service. All of their food has always been very good. I am salad person, I can live... on salads. The staff have always been very pleasant. If they are busy, you can call in. The line does go fast, they usually havethree to four people at the registers. Read more

I?m only giving this a 1 star to tell anyone who will read this. I have given this place too many chances. If I could give this... place a -10/10 review, I would. I ordered a bread bowl and soup. Came home and instead of a bread bowl, I got sandwich bread.The soup was not even warmed up, It was cold. When I showed up, I wasn?t even told about this. The customer service there isterrible. When I called the employee was laughing about it. I love McAlister?s, but this location always has problems withstaff and getting a simple order right. Please do not eat here. Read more

Well, I usually try to pick things that are simple in order to prevent issues, especially at this location. Sometimes it can be... hit or miss, depending on what I order, spuds are usually pretty good. Unfortunately, I probably had the worst wrap of my lifefrom here tonight. My hubby and I were exhausted and looking forward to some food, we ordered to-go. The wrap hardly had anydeli meat, wasn?t filled all the way, tasted old like it was sitting in the fridge a couple days, and was made so poorly that Iwas impressed a wrap could even be prepared wrong lol. It was literally like a stale sandwich that had tortilla wrapped aroundit, everything was stacked on top of each other inside so it was a little tough to bite into. Having had the Deli items before in a different state.... I knew what to expect food wise-Good sandwich menus. Line was stacking... up and A taller gentleman came to the front register to get my order lightning fast.(1 star +) He was super awesome and evenwhipped up the gallon of tea my dad decided to order late. Our food took super long to get prepared for some reason... When Isay super long I mean 10+ minutes.( - 2 stars ) All items came out accurate and hot (1 star +) chicken tortilla soup was tasty,spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, Caesar salad was crisp and green! Big minus was with the tortilla chips for the soup...My hand sealed bag had a Penny in it. If the penny was supposed to be in there - Cool! But just me thinking about how MANY handsnot washed had contact with the penny... Chips didn't get eaten. (- 1 star). Overall my visiting family was not impressed withthe speed of service for the price paid...even though I got a penny back. We might give this McAlisters Deli a little timebefore returning.
