Food was ok, service was awful. You get 2 sauces with a 10 piece McNuggets. With a 20 piece, here you have to pay extra for... any over 3 which doesn't add up. Anyway, we paid for the extra one. We were foolish for assuming such a simple order could notget messed up - of course it did. Not only did they not include the one we paid for, they only gave us 2 sauces. Come on, ifyou want to get a raise, do your job correctly. Workers here are definitely not worth whatever they are getting paid. Read more

The worst service. Sat in drive through at the order screen for nearly 10 min before going in and seeing a line inside as well.... Employees were having so much fun laughing and carrying on Like it's break time. It's happened before but this was the last forme. Read more

Nice clean place with, nice employees. They also have wifi and a place to park and rest while traveling without being disturbed.... The cashiers at pilot are very helpful and the store is nice and clean with plenty of souvenirs, clothing and necessities.Also amechanics shop in back. Everything stays updated unlike some of the others in the area located at exit 140 off I-40. ... Read more
This McDonald?s is a joke. 5-10 minutes in the drive thru every single morning. This morning I ordered a chicken biscuit and a... large coke. Was in the drive thru a total of 12 minutes. Most of the time was sitting at the speaker that half the time thevolume is so low you can barely hear them. Only reason I go to this McDonald?s in the mornings is because it?s the only one openwhen I go to work. Read more
Came through this McDonald?s Drive thru hoping to get something to drink on my way home from work. I ordered a large diet Dr.... Pepper and when I got to the window I was not greeted. There was no interaction at all with the employee working the drivethrough window. I received my drink and after taking a drink noticed that is was watered down. Upon opening up the lid it wasconfirmed that the drink was watered down. This is not my first bad experience with this particular McDonald?s location. Thestaff are not friendly nor do they care about the customers they serve. I would not recommend this McDonald?s location at alluntil management has the chance to train staff on how to prepare food and drinks and train on customer service. Read more
The service here was horrible the ladies are in the back gossiping and then when I go to ask for ketchup she didn?t even... acknowledge that she heard what I said, walked away for me, turned her back, and I didn?t think that she heard me so I askedagain, didn?t even acknowledge that I was speaking to her and turned around and threw my ketchup in the bag. I believemanagement for this because obviously they think that they don?t have to respond to Customer?s or even acknowledge a customerwho would want to go back there?
