Was told because I didn?t purchase enough or a specific meal so I couldn?t have more than one sauce. Which is not true when it... was requested I asked for two sauces with my meal as I do every time this has been a bad experience, and I do not think I willcome back because of this discourtesy. I have never had this problem until now. I have been visiting this location for years.The management here needs to make sure people are trained correctly. Read more

A good accident. Jeremiah was working the drive thru and my food was taking a min so he had me pull forward. He ran the order... out quickly and DID NOT FORGET ME. Just ordered my kids food from the store through doordash and was missing most of my order for my kids. I'll never order from... here again. And judging from the reviews they do this a lot to people and I spent $40 today to get $20 worth of food if that. Read more

This particular spot just doesn't put pride in service. You MUST double check your order before pulling away from the... drive-thru. Food was cold and order not correct. Drinks not completely filled and they know it, if you don't say anything theydefinitely won't hesitate giving it to you that way. Read more

Went through drive thru person who took order seem like she could careless everyone else I delt with was great but we ordered Dr... pepper freezes to get told it wasn't working so hard to change it at the window. Also the fries were cold. Read more

Drive through was patient as we had a big order. A few things missing/wrong at the pick up window but the associate took care of... it with a smile. That was refreshing as I've gotten eye rolls before. I wish I noticed his name, young African American manworking Sunday at the window about 2/3pm. Read more

Now i know customer service, Ive been doing customer service over 17 years and this was not customer service by far. 2 lanes to... order at this location i went to the one on the right sit there longer than a minute no answer i said hello 2 times still noresponse then i go to the other drive thru lane same issue then finally gets my order. I get to the window he has a attitude andstuffs the change and receipt in my hand and drops some of my change he didnt say sorry about that or anything and shuts thewindow. I can go to any other restaurant i choose i chose to go there on My Lunch break and thats how i was treated No I dontthink so. I will not be back. Read more
