OK McDonald's needs to do something about these apps they need to teach these managers how to be able to help these customers if... the app isn't working so I just went and I had a coupon for $3 off of an order that was $15 or more which my order was $16 Theoption did take my coupon but it didn't give me the $3 off and I wasn't able to use a different coupon so instead of helping meand explaining and talking to me the manager there which name was Jeff Was very rude I don't care if you're busy or not you needto take your time out for your customers and talk to them instead of saying oh well I can't help you out Jeff was very rude andneeds to be demoted or something.. This place is a joke no one greets you at the speaker but let?s cars go before you at the other speaker and gets mad that you... say HELLO a million times.. Simply GREET your customers or tell them your having register issues. Or go block off the otherlane instead of making people wait and only taking orders for one. To the girl with the black hair at the register around 2amget a new job because you simply cannot work well with the public. I tried to call because my dinner was horrible the meat was tough. Bun was gooey. I love big macs. But for that price the buns... shouldnt be gooey like that. Now the fries way too salty. I asked for coke. I got dr pepper. No i dont have my reciept anymore! Read more
