Best staff ever!!! Best Manager ever!!! This staff goes above and beyond for customers. I go to a lot of McDonald's with my job... and personal and this location is the absolute BEST!! Ordered ahead on the app. Waited at curbside for 20 minutes. Finally went through drive through. Only got half our order. They... ask for the receipt. I show them my order on the app. They say the screen only says 2 things. I repeat my order again. They juststare at us and don?t say anything until we drive away. Never again. Read more

I went up there to get the "all day breakfast bundle"and they put in parentheses (until 2) for $2.50 and but apparently they... don't know how to tell the time I went up at 11:22 am and they say they stopped serving breakfast then I asked again because itsays right there and then she acted like I was wasting her time she sighed loud. Have had issues with this location in the past but nothing as bad as tonight. Was rushed thru ordering and ended up having to... start over because they were in a hurry and wouldn't listen. When paying we received too much change. We were asked to pullup and when we finally got our food we had received extra food we did not order. Went inside the restaurant to fix the foodand change issue. Got home and began to eat then realized my Double Quarter Pounder was severely undercooked. Tried callingthe restaurant 4 times and they would not answer the phone. I am legitimately worried about getting food poisoning from this. My husband went back to the restaurant to let management know about the situation and to get me a new burger. The femalemanager(didn't get a name)gave him attitude about it and acted like it being undercooked was no big deal. They had to remakeit several times because when he checked it was still coming out pink. They ended up giving us a card for a free sandwichbut honestly I don't see the point in that because we will never be back to this location. I am beyond disgusted. Read more

This was the ABSOLUTE worst McDonald's I have ever visited. We ordered a chicken sandwich, 10 nuggets, a happy meal and a med... fry. It took over 20 minutes and us asking multiple times what was going on. Multiple staff were walking around the back ontheir phones. A customer in front of us ordered only fries, the employee dropped them on the ground and when the customer askedthem to remake them he just went out of sight of said customer and pretended to remake them. I don't know what is going on withthem at this location but they need to get it together. Read more

07/10/2022 Update: I usually give McDonald's 5 star, but this visit was an absolute horrendous experience. I did a curbside... pickup, and waited in car for 30 minutes for a $10 order. I had to go inside to see what was up. After going inside and talkingto one of the staff, they finally started on my order. I ended up waiting inside for 5 minutes before my order was ready. If itwas too hot or not enough staff to do curbside pickup, they should not have that option available. I do not mind going inside topick up my food. I do mind waiting for 30+ minutes to pick up a small order. I hope they fix this place up. I always enjoyedcoming here, but the staff and experience here has really gone downhill. Read more

This place is absolutely terrible with customer service. The orange hi C here is actually fanta orange. I asked for no pickles... on my mc doubles. I actually didn't receive my mc doubles when asking for them from the manager they gave me one with picklesand one without. Thank goodness I do not have an allergy to pickles. The fries are served as a medium. All the managers say isthey have been advised to serve these items like this. Spoke with Erik about it he replaced the fries after taking the otherones back through the drive through menu instead of giving me additional to make up for the lack of. I just had the flu!!! Theother manager lady would not even dare give her name. She was so smart about customer service when her name was asked shereciprocated the question back to us "what is our names". This is really really sad that this mc Donald's service and foodportion is rapidly declining. I was told by Erik who cussed me at the drive through window to call corporate after advising meto come in and complain. I called corporate number out of Chickasha it is sadly disconnected. I will keep trying to resolve theissue with this location so the employees can get some positive feedback for and/or training. Perhaps a refresher course oncustomer orientation. Thank you. Read more
