The African American manager with the accent didn?t get her name cause she walked off while still talking had an attitude with... us because we asked if our cookie was in there cause they didn?t ask us about our rewards. We did tell the gentleman at thewindow before about the cookie and how their menu says u get a free cookie if they don?t ask about rewards and since he didn?tgo tell her about it she wanted to give us attitude and be like what cookie and we had to explain to her what happened and shewas like well he didn?t tell me. Well it?s not my fault their employee didn?t do his side of the job so there is no reason forher to give us attitude. I?ve dealt with this lady before and she always has an attitude. They got food correct, surprisingly, but this is not a good location. Terrible service. The service will not greet or say... anything for that matter. Also the drive thru people shamelessly drop your change and laugh. I think the appropriate response isan apology, not to laugh about it.
