They got food correct, surprisingly, but this is not a good location. Terrible service. The service will not greet or say... anything for that matter. Also the drive thru people shamelessly drop your change and laugh. I think the appropriate response isan apology, not to laugh about it. Nobody is perfect, but this location should probably just be avoided if u have traditionalcustomer service values. Read more

The one staff member inside at the counter, only seemed interested in serving the drive-thru. Meanwhile, everyone inside, was... left standing around waiting for him to acknowledge us. The African American manager with the accent didn?t get her name cause she walked off while still talking had an attitude with... us because we asked if our cookie was in there cause they didn?t ask us about our rewards. We did tell the gentleman at thewindow before about the cookie and how their menu says u get a free cookie if they don?t ask about rewards and since he didn?tgo tell her about it she wanted to give us attitude and be like what cookie and we had to explain to her what happened and shewas like well he didn?t tell me. Well it?s not my fault their employee didn?t do his side of the job so there is no reason forher to give us attitude. I?ve dealt with this lady before and she always has an attitude. This restaurant needs some help. I went through the drive thru and ordered my food, went to the window and the girl working the... window didn?t even tell me my total. I was charged $20 for items that should?ve been ~$10. I didn?t get a receipt. I get to thesecond window and tell them that it?s not correct. They tell me they can refund the difference, which is fine. But then I getthe refund slip and it?s not even what I ordered so even my refund of ?the difference? isn?t correct. Came into the drive thru last night around 11 pm and was told that I couldn't be served because they were "short staffed". If... this is truly the case then management should've came in to assist. But for some reason some other cars got served. He wasliterally picking and choosing who he wanted to serve and I happen to notice it was people of his color. Absolutely a disgrace!!Won't ever be back here again just to be treated like that. He needs a life lesson and doesn't deserve to work in customerservice because he clearly doesn't care about people or his job! Read more

I ordered 4 burritos and asked for hot sauce and only got 2 sauces. I asked for extra cheese and got cold sliced cheese added so... therefore my food was now cold. Also it cost $4 for the extra cheese which was way too much to make my food cold. And lastly Ihad to pull up and wait for my food in the drive thru. I know it didn't take that long to make 4 tiny cold burritos withoutdrinks or napkins. Thanks for a wonderful morning. Read more
