Food service workers are underappreciated. YIKES ???????? Today, I got my food quickly and it was okay... Unfortunately,... everyone else that was inside before me was still waiting for AVERAGE fast food. Craziness. And when I say waiting, I mean,30-45 minutes!!!!!!!! Unacceptable. And let me just say, managers are supposed to lead the way and set the example, notbelittle employees. Come up with a plan and assign everyone When the words "Jesus Christ" come from a manager towards anemployee, there is a serious problem. She was very overwhelmed and should be ashamed with herself. I feel horribly for theemployees that work here. Everyone except the manager was trying to solve problems and serve all the unhappy customers.Meanwhile, the manager was busy burning it all down. Customers are literally waiting 45 minutes inside for their meal. The pop is completely out. We were told she can?t change it.... Yea is old and empty yet we paid for meals. There are a lot of people inside right now yet no one is managing the front. We arebeing ignored. This is NOT ok. Read more
I gave the food three stars because well it's McDonald's come on... It's a nice location with charging station and small... shopping area in the same building. Sweet tea was strong and tasteful!!! Overall I did give four because again it's McDonald's Read more
Wait time has increased 3x since they went to kiosks. And they still managed to get my order wrong! So much for fast food! ... I live a mile down road so it?s convenient but won?t be back. Read more
Pretty good McDonald?s, food was made as ordered and came out in a timely manner. Can?t ask for more than that.
Slowest McDonald?s I have ever been to they are unaware I?m even at the front counter. The tables are not clean, and two girls... that work here just sitting around talking and having fun with each other besides greeting customers. Read more
This location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get in and out real quickly and all of your orders are correct and sometimes you're... here for 30 minutes just to get some fast food when there aren't that many people in line. This has been the case for quite sometime. I have also come here before and they didn't have electricity and stuff like that so it's a little bit unreliable. Read more
Asked for large size and paid for large size. Only fry was put in as large and drink was medium instead of large. Employee would... not change it or make it right. I would have preferred large drink and medium fry. There is little difference between medium andlarge fry, so it hurt my pocket and helped the company. I was traveling and did not have time to get the situation corrected. Iwill not be back to this McDonald's as I feel I was mistreated. Fries did not even taste very good. Read more
