I ordered the spicy Philly cheese steak with all of the toppings and some cheesy fries for my birthday. Let me tell you: it was... freaking delicious! Holy cow. I haven't indulged like this very much since going vegetarian. You know that feeling of stuffingyour face with your favorite cheeseburger? Yes, that's how good the food is. I love supporting our businesses as much as the next, which is why I hate to post this. I reached out to the owner privately for... an explanation before posting this, but was repeatedly dismissed. I had a horrible customer service experience here. On theirwebsite, we saw that we could do curbside to order our food. When we came to their shop, we called to place our order instead ofwalking up, but they didnt answer the phone. A moment later, she came outside to tell us they were COMPLETELY out of food andwent back inside. Disappointing, but I understood. As we were about to go, her co-owner Jonovan came out and asked if we'd liketo order, said they still had food but politely explained that they were limited on certain things. Confused, but happy to ordernonetheless. We ordered with him. While we waited, I checked their social media because, well, that interaction was confusing &I figured they'd post about whatever was going on in an update. I saw that since we had ordered, she hopped on Instagram andstarted complaining about having customers using curbside. Quite disrespectfully, too (photos attached). When I reached outprivately, I asked her to explain what was up with our experience. She dismissed my question, said that we should havepreordered and that none of her insults online were directed to me (mind you, I was the only customer at curbside so I don'tknow who else they were directed to). Based on her website promoting the use of curbside for ordering, I wouldn't have thought Ineeded to pre-order as well. I invite her to respond to this because I really would like to give y'all a second chance. I'm not"super selfish." I respect covid guidelines everywhere I go, and think you need to more clearly state your policies oncurbside. Moving forward, I hope that they don't continue to publicly insult their customers. Not cool. I also hope that theyare more receptive to customers reaching out with concerns. Edit: her response shows how mature she is. Read more
AMAZING!! The owner is a badass chef! First time trying and I?m sooo hooked. We ordered our food and I was STARVING so as soon... as I got the message it was ready for pickup I was there as fast as I could and we only waited about 30 seconds before a niceman brought it out to us!
