I went in to grab the order paid for online. They didn't give me the coffee, as I doubled back and went inside, I asked the... Hispanic girl if I could get the coffee and presented the order and refreshed her memory on when I came in. She said sheremembers not making the coffee but was too busy now. The Asian manager turned around and looked at me disrespectfully as if Iwas in the wrong and said something. I asked if she's was going to make the coffee she turned around and said no. I can tellthey was being racist towards me this isn't the first time I've been to theses people's restaurants as a delivery driver andthey forgot something and didn't want to replace it. Naturally I just grab the bag and check it outside because these places beoverly crowded. They like to treat you like a thief over coffee and tea. It cost me my driving privileges.. Instead of fixing my order which was already paid for the manager refused and only gave me a partial order. They don't like... black folks here, I don't even spend my money here, I was just doing a online pickup. They act very disrespectful and dismissiveas if I wasn't even there. Absolutely love this place in just one visit!!! You can get bagels anyway you want it, me I?m and everything bagel ???? with... extra cream cheese and ham absolutely delicious, many many many options available plus coffees and drinks!!!
