Cole set a new standard for dining out. He absolutely blew me away with his service. Even being busy with multiple tables, not... only was he attentive, he was friendly, quick, and made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. He made theexperience fun and enjoyable with quick witted humor, tasteful recommendations, and was a very easy person to talk to. From themoment we sat down he was smiling, and full of incredible energy. He definitely made every cent count. The experience could nothave been better. He definitely gave us a priceless experience. This was beyond five star service. He looked more like he washaving a genuinely enjoyable and fun time working. My fiancé and I have never had a dining experience even comparable to this.We will most certainly be back and will always ask for him! Update: I spoke with the store manager and she apologized for the mishaps. We spoke in detail and she provided correction for my... inconvenience of time . ******************************************* We ordered two entrées for pickup was informed it be 20min...When I arrived the in-store order receiver couldn't verify my order. After 3 attempt's the store manager came out to mycar. I showed order # location etc at his store. He apologized and said my order world be ready in 10 min. After 20 more min myorder arrived. When I got home my breadsticks fell out on floor, because someone presented them in a pouch both ends open smh.This is the worst pickup ever. Read more

Good and reliable dinner. Soup, salad, and breadsticks were great with our meal. Our waiter was attentive and kept our drinks... refreshed. I have to give a 2 star review because we did a pick up order and my shrimp scampi had about 2 oz of pasta. For $18 it is... completely ridiculous to get a child's portion. The picture shows that half the dish you can see the bottom of the dish throughmy food. The shrimp tasted like it had some sauce on it but the pasta tasted plain. My daughter got the lasagna classico and wassatisfied with the dish and portion size. We never eat at Olive Garden but have always heard about their good portion sizes, soI was very disappointed and probably won't go back. **Olive Garden did refund my money for this meal after my review.Unfortunately, this was not a local Olive Garden so I couldn't go back to give them a second chance.
