This was my second bad experience at this location. Food was yucky. It taste like the grill needs to be cleaned. I had a taco... that taste like burnt charcoal. My aunt food was cold but the server was kind to fix the problem. The server did her best withthe party of over 20 ppl. I had experience in 2010 bad service and food. Do NOT buy tortillas from here. I ordered 4 dozen and they gave me 3 dozen store bought tortilla and 1 dozen homemade. They put... the homemade dozen on top of the 3 store bought dozen. Will not order from here again. Placed a $200 order and paid for storebought tortillas. Never again. I generally don?t leave reviews, but wanted to let others know. On the Border leaves a replytelling me to visit them "here" to receive a refund, but leaves no link or way to respond or reach them.....just another reasonI DO NOT recommend them. Read more

The service was amazing. To clear, it wasn?t the fastest service, it was just the best kind of service. Asked if they had celery... to eat the guacamole with because we don?t eat chips. They didn?t have any but they brought us lots of raw vegetables that wereperfect for transporting guacamole and salsa. The food was tasty but nothing amazing. Food was good, but service was pretty bad. We had a table of 8 and only two of us had our drinks refilled once the whole time we... were there. And we had to track them down for anything. we had to ask to refill the chips multiple times before they werebrought out to the table. Then they automatically put in 18 percent gratuity and it doesn?t show that when they give you theticket to sign. We almost tipped double because of this. Read more

My husband and I have come here twice now in the past month. The first time we stood at the host stand for over 15 minutes... before anybody even acknowledged us. Another customer actually got the attention of a server for us because she had been waitingan hour for her to go order and was appalled at how long we had been standing there as well. We got mediocre service from threedifferent people and weren?t ever clear on who our server was. No drink refills and no napkins after asking twice. It took 20minutes to bring us our check after we asked for it. Not a great experience but oh well, things happen. I was a server for 14years and we all have off days. So we try the place again today and we stood at the host stand for another 15 minutes with noservice. We finally sat at the bar where our bartended walks back and forth cleaning things and talking to her other twocustomers, never once acknowledged us or said hello. We sat there for ten minutes while she wiped things down and didn?t botherto even LOOK at us. We got up and walked out and nobody even noticed. I will never come back. Read more
