Had a really nice lunch today. . .beef noodle soup and iced tea for a total of $14.61. The broth base of the soup is very... flavorful, good meat, and lots of home made noodles. They also have a home made chili oil that you can get a side of if youwant to add heat to your soup. . . ?? caution it doesn't take much ???? If you're anywhere near here you should absolutely stop by. You won't regret it! The prices may deter you but don't let it... because you are paying for the fresh not frozen hand made noodles and all the care taken to make each dish. I was really impressed by this place. The beef noodle soup is probably one of the most flavorful soups I have ever had. The... broth was delicious! It had such a unique flavor. I liked that the soup had little carrots and potatoes in it. I will warn youthat the beef pieces are a little bit fatty so if you like lean meats then I would recommend getting a different soup. Theyoffer cold soups as well, which is interesting. I've never had chilled soup so I might venture out and try it next time. I alsoliked the noodles a lot. We wondered in to give this place a try.... SO GLAD WE DID!!???????? we had the tempura shrimp, chicken noodles, and chicken... wonton soup AND they were all very delicious! We walked in and we were greeted and seated at a table before the door even swungshut behind us. Excellent service from the employees here! Being unfamiliar with the menu I decided on the beef noodle soup. It was very good. I wanted to trythe dumplings as well but you can only order them by the dozen. Overall a good experience! This place opened up at some point in the last couple months. It used to be a Vietnamese Pho restaurant which was mediocre at... best. This place is a different story. Service was great. The waiter did an excellent job answering questions about the menu andmaking recommendations. The noodles were fresh, made in-house that evening and they tasted wonderful. They make a chili-infusedoil that you can get on the side if you want to add a bit of heat to the broth. The tempura shrimp was cooked perfectly, justthe right amount of crunch but not overcooked. The waiter told me that the noodles i was eating was handmade 2 hours ago and you know what, I BELIEVE HIM.
