Food, we have had better. The server said he need to keep our receipt till they filled our order.. We didn't get the receipt... when we got our food and had to ask for it. They threw it in the trash, dug it out to give it to us. Tables were dirty. Read more
Been awhile since I've had panda express. This location is not bad food was fresh.
The drive-thru at this location takes absolutely forever and there?s no way to exit the line. No acknowledgment of the... ridiculous long wait either and more than half the time they?re out of their teriyaki chicken and steamed veggies. I saw twopeople jump the curb to get out of the drive-thru line because of how long it was taking. It happens every time. I keep hopingit will change the next time I go, but it never does. Honestly we have had so many issues with this location. My bf and I have gone many times and there's always a problem. We've... waited as long as 40 minutes for our food. There's normally a lot of items out, many times the food has a weird taste and likemany people have mention you don't always get alot. We've also did not received all our paid for items. I've done an Uber eatsorder before and the poor man had to go back twice because they kept forgetting things and didn't have my order ready when hecame up there. Read more
They got our order wrong but the food we got was good. Sadly, they had no sauces!! What business doesn't have sauces?! If I... were the manager of that store I'd contact another store to borrow some sauce or go to the grocery store and get several bottlesof assorted sauces, apologize to customers for not having our usual sauce and give out small containers of the store boughtstuff till we could get our regular sauces in. 3 hours before they close and the girl refuses to make another batch of chicken or chow main and rice and laughs about it. Worst... customer service I have had in a long time sadly. Ordered in the drive-thru easily enough. There was no one ahead of me. Drove up to the window and no one was there. Waited... for 15 minutes (I would have left but my over hungry, tired, picky eater was so excited about orange chicken). Finally a workercomes, arms loaded with multiple peoples' orders (there was a long line behind me at this point) to take payment and hand overfood. No apology, no acknowledgement, nada. Clearly ONE worker was all they had, minus a cook, so I shut my mouth and left. I won't come back though. Read more
