Orders always wrong, tables always dirty, drive thru always takes at least 30-45 minutes, constantly out of typical menu items.... I?ve given this place a chance soooo many times, but they keep screwing up time and time again. I?ve been told they are OUT ofWHITE RICE (?!!??!) at least 75% of the many times I try to go to this location. Seriously? A chinese restaurant out of whiterice that often? Ridiculous. The manager and/or staff are just incompetent. The teen taking drive through orders can?t getorders right and can?t keep up. They don?t cook more of typical things like chicken or rice until they?re completely out, sothey you have to wait even longer for food. They often get the order wrong. It usually takes me an hour at this location toorder, wait, and HOPE this place gets my order right. That happens MAYBE 1 out of 7 visits. I won?t go to this location again.They?re incompetent and corporate doesn?t care. I?ve reached out to corporate numerous times but they couldn?t care less. I?vegone to this location probably 10 years? but never will again. They can?t get orders right and they constantly are out of menustaples. It?s frustrating and just absurd. Read more
One of the one places where 10 workers, two of them managers in black shirts, aren?t helping customers. Just standing around... letting the same poor girls do everything while they sit or stand there. Also Panda Express running out of white rice is notthe customers problem. And it should not be the customers problem. It?s one of the cheapest foods in bulk you can get. Theyare either out of white rice or they give you under the amount you should get. What?s the problems making with making enoughrice? Get it together such small problems for a huge company. The customer wants good portions, if you don?t have enough MAKEMORE. past several times I've been to this location they have been out of something and had to wait 20 plus minutes for rice and/or... meat. went last night, 08/17/2022, waited 26 minutes just to attempt to order in the drive thru. approaching the speaker toorder, I found out that the honey sesame chicken is no longer being sold. this is still on the menu in the drive thru! what awaste of time! panda lost a customer. Two stars just because the staff is nice. Food is otherwise not very good! The orange chicken didn?t even taste remotely like it... had orange flavoring or sweetener in it. Very bland. The Honey Shrimp was just soggy and way too sweet. I don?t know how peoplecan eat this and feel good after. Read more
My first time at a Panda Express and maybe my last. While the food was good and the prices are reasonable, the service was... somewhat chaotic. After I ordered they couldn't seem to keep up with my plate and they had to wait to cook half of my order. Iwas paid out and sitting at my table with 4 other people who were already eating while I waited on my food. The organization ofthe "buffet" was not efficient. Sides and entrees mixed on each end of buffet. I thought you should have your entrees on oneend and the sides on the other. I wasn't very happy with the order of things. Read more
Fast American Chinese food, it?s average! I didn?t pick it up myself so I can?t comment on service. The chicken was good and the... beef was flavorless. Egg roll had a weird flavor but for fast food it wasn?t bad! Read more
Decent food served up as you go thru a line similar to Chipotle. Choose rice or noodles and then whatever main dish/es along... with egg rolls or crab Rangoons as extra sides. Pretty sure there are no meg's considering I don't get headaches or stomachissues when eating the food. Good place when in a hurry. Read more
