Not great. The broccoli beef had no beef pieces, only the little beef crumbs. The orange chicken was strangely chewy,... overcooked, and had a gross aftertaste. The Beijing beef was soggy, like the consistency I would expect from leftovers that hadbeen reheated several times. I typically enjoy eating panda express, but this location disappointed both times I gave it a try. Read more
This place has gotten so bad! Went today and lobby was closed. Went through drive-thru and were told we could only place two... orders, but we had three ppl. After some back and forth with the extremely rude drive thru attendant she said she?d make anexception this one time. Then we got our food and the to go boxes had hardly any food in them. Other employees at work said theyhad to quit going there because of the rude lady in the drive thru. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I've been twice in the last two weeks and both times I've had issues. 1st, we ordered on... line and they didn't even know we had placed an order, and had to wait forever to get our order. The second time we placed ourorder at the window, had to wait in a line of 4 or 5 cars, just for them to tell us what we ordered was "unavailable". It wasn'tmarked as such on the menu though other items did show as unavailable. So either they didn't want to make our order, or they'renot competent to do their job correctly. Food is ok. Drive thru lady is impatient. She asked for my card..i had it ready but dropped it in my lap..she closed the window... and went back to other tasks for a full minute. That doesnt sound like a long time but sit still and count 60 seconds. No bigdeal but the 3 or 4 times ive been there they have been out of at least 1 item on theit menu. Read more

Accidentally came to this franchise location again. This is so bad trapped in the drive-through no cars moving 15 and 20 minut... waits why are they in business. And they make it clear they don't want your cash. Not sure what I've eaten. Devoid of flavor,texture and visual cues it all could be a mush. So is this a statement about all pandas or just this 1 this 1 has typicallybeen bad but something's not right maybe not right anymore. And by the way it was lukewarm I had to heat it up and no I don'tlive far away. Read more
The floor is dirty, booths not cleaned, employees are rude. The employees walk away from you while you're ordering the food to... help other people. Other customers were also complaining about their service and about how rude they are. This Panda Expressis by far the rudest and the dirtiest one I've been in. They gave my mom who is a diabetic sweet tea when she asked forunsweetened tea. Point proven!!! Read more
My husband and I frequent Panda a couple of times a month. I?ve had the chow mein and it is bland but good. Most of the time the... good is fresh and delicious. However, I had the angus steak last week and it tasted burnt and dry. So check your food before yougo home. Read more
