This is probably the worst Panera Bread I?ve EVER been too. Waited 15 mins for my curbside order.. never came.. called the... number and the girls answered and one started yelling put them on hold then the girl finally answered ?hello? rudely and weexplained we had a curbside order then the girl hung up on us. Today I came through the drive thru for lunch. Ridiculously slow and extremely packed. The drive thru is supposed to fast.... Especially when we only have such time to eat during our lunch time.. something needs to change!! Just appalling to me. Why havea drive through if it's going to take an hour to get through it and on top of that take 20 mins to get the food through thewindow. No stars for me until this changes. Read more
I have frequented this location occasionally for over 12 years. Consistently Expect LONG drive through wait times - decided to... write this review while waiting in drive through . Just one car in front of me when I pulled up. I am now 20 minutes in?.. andstill don?t have my food.(A bowl of chicken noodle soup and cup of macaroni and cheese is my order). Good order accuracy.Generally friendly staff - although, never, ever, an apology for the wait time.. WAY overpriced. Very often they are out of thebaguettes or something else. They do offer a substitute. Yes, I realize that after all these years I should just go inside,with my phone, sit down and expect some chill time?..for a bowl of soup and a cup of mac & cheese.
