I just had luch from this place and i will be honest the food was good bit the portion size to cost is a lottle off. I got the... new chicken sandwich and the sandwich alone is $12.49 before tax and that is just the sandwich by its self. My friend got a pick2 and he got a half sandwich soup and a side all for the same price i paid for a sandwich. And on top of that his half sandwichwas bigger than my whole sandwich. Worst experiences every time! One time I came to order for my family, they seemed angry but my somewhat large order (... understandable) but they bagged all of the food in one bag and as they hand it to me it all falls out on the ground, outside.They left me to pick up my food and didn?t offer to remake it. I ordered online for delivery. I received a big bag with receipt taped over the opening. It had only half of my order. The... receipt has all my items, but nothing is marked off to ensure it's in the bag. Now 2/3 of us don't have breakfast and we're notpaying tax, delivery, and tip again. The food was amazing but the customer service was terrible. They accidentally rang me up for a whole sandwich and I didn't... notice. When they brought a whole sandwich they asked if I wanted a refund and I appreciatively said yes. Then the managerchewed out the server in front of me and had her take away the other half of the sandwich... and refunded me $3. It cost morefor half a sandwich than half a sandwich and 1/2 a salad. I made an order online to have delivered. I had ordered one chocolate croissant, but they had run out. So they sent a message... with my food saying they were sorry they ran out but they sent a brownie, a chocolate chip cookie, and a chocolate chip muffintop instead. I am very impressed! They could have sent something at equal value or just refunded my money but instead they sentthree different things trying their best! Great employees!! Read more
Not the friendliest bunch and they had me sitting for 20 minutes for an order that was prepaid and they kept telling me ?it?s... over at rapid pick up? when they didn?t have it there, but in a different location.
