Ordered a bowl of Soup received a cup. Asked for Chip's and received an Apple. They were out of Baguettes and Croutons for soup... and my Caesar Salad. Called and spoke with management and they offered to honor me with soup and free bag of chip's on nextvisit. Read more
My goodness they are pricey, menus was a tan bit confusing for the pick2 chicken sandwich option. Service is always good and... atmosphere was nice. They are above fast food so keep that in mind, it was $17 for a chicken sandwich and macaroni restaurantprices for sure. Read more
This Panera needs to catch up with the others.. I always used to go to the one in Edmond and it was really good and they were on... top of everything. Now I go to this one because it is close to work and they are horrible at forgetting things on your order.You?re lucky if half the time you get everything you ordered. Also it?s just not as good, sad because I like Panera but thisPanera is the most disappointing. Probably will stop going unless I want to drive 20 extra minutes to go to a differentlocation.. I LOVE THIS LOCATION! CAROL IS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL! SHE IS SO FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS THERE LOL! Friendly, clean, quick, and always... yummy! Check your bag before you leave! I gave two shots but won't be back. 1st order was through the app for pickup. We got home and... two out of three meals were missing the sides ($51 bill). 2nd time here we ordered the Grilled Mac and cheese sandwich(definitely knew to check the bag for sides before leaving) the Mac and cheese wasn't grilled, the bread was barely grilled andit only had a few of the cheese crisps. Definitely wouldn't consider this a grilled sandwich by any means. I will still get thissandwich as my comfort food treat, but it will be from a different Panera Read more
Panera on Northwest Expressway is my go-to Panera Bread. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and of course the food is... always delicious. I highly recommend the Warm Bowls! I also love that they have new options for the Unlimited Sip Club, whichnow includes various flavored lemonades, as well as the usual coffee, tea and soft drinks. I often drink decaf coffee andrecently had to request that the decaf urn be refilled. It took quite some time before that was taken care of, but when Ireported it to the cashier, she immediately offered to make me some and even bring it out to me when it was ready. Read more
Super busy location, but will take orders at the check out counter and also has stand alone "order yourself" tablets. Very... quick, very easy. Also has a drive through. I quite like the house teas. Read more
