I am a truck driver and decided let me hit up some Papa Johns well done thin crust pizza and wings. I was shocked when the Pizza... arrived and looked horrible. Cheese stuck to one side and half the pizza wasn?t cut. The cheese wasnt even melted to the pizza.The pizza was cold and wasn?t well done. Spoke to manager and said the cheese pizza comes out hot and if the driver puts it inthe bag it will slide to one side. Well let?s correct that since we know the issue. Not a happy customer. I ordered a pizza bowl and cheesy bread and the condition it came in was absolutely disgusting.. it looked like vomit on... arrival. The cheesy bread was tasty, smashed in by my sauce but it was good. Now, I've worked in pizza for years, was ageneral manager at Marco's when they introduced the pizza bowl. I know for a fact it doesn't arrive that way per the usual. Ithink the drivers need to be more aware of how they are handling such items. The box was so greasy it left a little ring on mytable. I'll forever be reminded of the worst pizza experience to date.. were the ingredients fresh? Yes! So that was a plus. Lol Read more
waited over an hour for a two liter, watched the delivery driver drive around for 45 minutes. called the store & was on hold for... 20 more minutes just for them to give me an attitude. most definitely the worst customer service i?ve ever received. Read more
Their phone system is absolute trash. If you try to call to place an order it goes to a call center. I've tried to call them... directly several times to attempt to cancel an incorrect order, but consistently get hung up on. Read more
Used to love Papa John, this location needs attention. The dough is not good, nor the ingredients and not even the simple tools... to cut/slice the pizza. Waited almost 10 minutes for a preordered and prepaid pizza. Read more
Ordered delivery on the app. Was called by the store manager saying they dropped some of my food and they were remaking it and... it would be delivered shortly. I waited an hour to call them when I didn't get my order. Was told they were in the middle of ashift change and they thought my order was out for delivery since they didn't see it at the store. Got a notification on my appsaying it had been delivered when it wasn't so I called the store back to get in touch with their driver. They had me on holdfor 10 minutes for me to hang up and call back so they could tell me they didn't have the number to the driver. So I told them Iwanted a refund at least for the delivery fee and tip and for them to remake my order and I would just come get it. They saidthey would do that once the driver returned. I called back again 20 minutes later and they delivered my food to the wrong houseand then said they weren't going to remake my food and they could only refund it because they were having a rush. I ordered myfood at 640 and they told me this at 830. Definitely not going to be ordering from this location anymore. Read more
