This is the worst Papa Johns there is every time I order there's some type of issue. The customer service is horrible, delivery... times takes around 2 hours and they don't ring the door bell. This places needs to go out of business or a whole new stuff. Read more
Was yelled at by Andrew, the delivery guy, today. He informed me he didn't need my attitude over the phone... all for asking... if there were directions on the receipt. The yelling continued at my door and as he was leaving. Called and spoke with amanager all to be told "I'll talk to him". Read more
This location NEVER fails to disappoint me. From 2 hour delivery times to under cooked raw pizza, there's always something.... Figured I'd give them another shot so I ordered a pizza through carryout to avoid the wait. I get all the way home to notice aalready opened garlic sauce container in my box, spilled all over and leaked on my floor mats. Just avoid this location at allcosts .I'd love to see it shut down and make room for another business that actually cares about their quality of service Read more
I ordered a pizza for pick up. The car would not start so i jumped on the bike. I got to the store, paid for my pizza and gave... the guy a dollar tip for yelling my total over the heavy metal music and makeing change. Then asked for a smaller box because iam rideing a motorcycle the man, standing in front of 6 differnt sized box wall background. Tossed my pizza on the counter andsaid "we dont have one, maybe fold it in half".... So i ddi and i paid the extra 2 bucks to get the extra large and this pizza is a big medium at best. They will not get another dime frome me. Read more
Good fresh food
I had a BOGO free pizza card. The clerk charged me wrong. My total was supposed to be $19.51, but instead I was charged $28.22.... I called the store, spoke to an employee on Friday night that stated it would be 72 hours. It's been 96 hours now, still noproper price adjustment. Now I remember why I never go to Papa John's. Hopefully corporate will see this and they will do whatthey said they would. Midly infuriated at this point! Read more
Ordered a pizza through the app and was taking forever. Called to check on the order, rung for about 10 minutes. Then a guy... yelled ?papa johns? as he finally answered the phone. Yelling and even cussed at me. Won?t be ordering from papa johns again. Read more
