Placed an online order, waited 30 minutes, when to retrieve order. Arrived 40 minutes after the order was placed, upon arrival... the order had not even been started and was told it would be several minutes before the could start it. Cashier was rude anddismissive. Now jumping through hoops to get a refund. DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDER, you actually end up waiting longer than if youjust go to the store front. Read more

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza. Excellent pizza! The elderly gentleman at the cash register did a great job! BUT!!! The tall... bald guy, as stated in past reviews, has made my decision to not go back. He is so rude to his employees. I don?t know howanyone can work there! Nice friendly service. Made my pizzas great.

Avoid them. They got my order wrong. I ordered a chicken bacon and they made a Chicago style instead. I get that people make... mistakes but when we brought it back in and told them it was wrong and that we wanted the chicken bacon the guy got mad at usand then said to my partner "are you the one who placed the order" my partner said no and said I did (me), Then the man startedblaming ME for THEIR mistake. Misogynistic man. We will drive the extra minutes to the other location from now on. This was atall, older white male with short cropped hair. Excellent customer service! The crew was quick, polite, funny and attentive to my requests. They moved like a well oiled... machine, the manager was friendly and told me a great pizza joke.
