The portions have gotten smaller and the attention to detail isn't what it used to be. It's fine for fast food "Asian" food.
I?ve never cared enough to write a review before but my order quality was honestly shocking. I used to order pei Wei all the... time and it?s always been amazing and consistent. I haven?t had it in about a year and this time it was the worst take out I?veever had from anywhere. I ordered the house chicken and couldn?t even tell if it was actually chicken or they mixed it up withsome kind of other meat. Then I read the previous review about the dark meat chicken supplier and it made more sense. It washorrible quality meat and was undercooked. The egg roll with undercooked as well. The crab Rangoon was extremely questionable.I?m a little worried I might actually get sick after eating that bad quality of meat. The rice was the only thing that was goodbecause it?s hard to mess up on the quality of white rice. The sauce was good too. Read more
4 stars due to the service I received from Manager. The food is just not the same not sure what?s going on here but this really... looks like broccoli and shrimp soup it?s so much liquid. I was also told that the suppliers are having trouble getting allwhite meat chicken so they?ve been sending them chicken thighs instead if you?re like me and only do white me you may want toask them if it?s white or dark. Food is good but as soon as you go inside it smells like a nasty sewer, soda fountain area was dirty, as well as the booth we... were going to sit at had food and greasy hand prints every where. One staff member said the smell was coming from a vacatbuilding but when you walk to the soda fountain you can smell it stronger over there coming from the hole in the floor...wherethe drain grate should be hopefully nobody steps in that.
