Can I give bonus stars? This place was phenomenal. The staff were outstanding - responsive, attentive, yet not... overbearing. Found the place kind of by accident. It looks like it used to be a house 50 years ago. Don't let the appearance ordecor fool you. This isn't a fancy, white tablecloth restaurant but I'll put it up against one of those places any day. So glad I found this breakfast stop last weekend! SO good! I loved how the staff worked together to take care of all of the... customers. They were all in a good mood and all had a smile. Oh. My. Goodness! This place is SOOOOO good!!! I'm always looking for places I've never tried before and Pickles Express is... definitely one I will revisit and bring friends along. I finally (insert eye roll...indecisive, lol) decided on the catfish,fried okra & tator tots. Don't judge my golden plate either! Okra is green!!???? The sides were good. That catfish though!Bay-bay!! I've NEVER had catfish like that. The only way I know to describe it is chicken fried catfish. I got an extra piece togo! And omg, the servings are healthy!
