Honestly a pretty disappointing experience here on 10/7. My wife and I have been coming here for awhile. Today we were sat at a... table and had our drink orders taken. People sat at the table behind us and two tables in front of us after us. They both haddrinks and food before our drinks ever came. Maybe it was just a new server but she left and never came back. So we left andwe?ll just go somewhere else. Two stars since other people appeared to get good service. Update: we went to Hook and Reel andit was so much better! Read more
Food was just okay. The service was horrible. The waiter dropped off our food and never showed back up. We waited 20 minutes for... a to-go plate. I was still nice enough to the waiter $3 and he went ahead and wrote himself a nice to tip of a $103. And forgethe total by writing 1 before my total of 44.28. Making it 144.28. I went back twice to the restaurant to tell the manager whathad happened and the manager told me over the phone that her waiter would never do that. Delicious and fresh seafood. Such a fun experience. I played it safe but they have the best fried catfish!
This particular location is amazing. The staff were quick and attentive when I walked in. I ordered online for pickup, she... smiled and brought my takeout bag to me. Most importantly she was polite and not on her cell phone like the hostess staff at thevillage location. I got my order home mind you I live about 25 minutes away and it was still piping hot, I had napkins,silverware and more than one pair of gloves. I?m definitely happy I decided to try this location. My wife and I with a friend stopped in here for dinner before heading to a show. While I am originally from OKC, I had never... been here as it opened after I moved up to Tulsa a few years ago. The online reviews were glowing saying that the food waswonderful. This was true as it was amazing. We had a boil with crab, shrimp, core, sausage and potatoes. All if was just great,we were not disappointed at all. We all agreed it was worth the money. The problem we had was with the service. We each ordereda bar drink before ordering our food. Our server came back with the utensils and such and said that the bar was behind, and itwould another couple of minutes on the drinks. We then got our food...no drinks. Meanwhile tables around us were going throughmultiple mixed drinks and beers...we never got ours. We wound up cancelling the drinks as we were finishing our food and didn'thave time to sit and drink them now with the showtime coming up. We didn't get a very good apology for not getting our drinks.He just said 'Sorry about the drinks' as he handed our ticket to us. We checked it, gave him our card. He brought back thereceipt and just walked off. We filled it out and left. Overall, they get three stars because the food is really good.
