Hot food and reasonable attentiveness. Ordered sauces on the side for 24 shrimp and 20 wings and none on the wings, due to... experiencing over saucing by kitchen staff in past visits. Received 4 sauces and asked for an additional one half way thru themeal, 5 total. Also received 3 ranch dressings total for the above order. When the bill came we were charged for "extrasauces", 6 total and the ranch dressings. Tried to explain to the server how can it be "extra" when you should receive 1 sauceper 6-8 pieces +/-. Got the typical deer in headlights look. She confired with her manager and then came back said because Iordered them on the side they would not take them off. I realized it was futile to continue the conversation. Will take this upwith Corporate as well. Will not be going back to this location, check your bill before, not that it matters at all. Read more
The pretzels burnt ,for delivery, and you need to tell your drivers not to sit outside in front of someone?s house all in the... street texting me saying I?m outside! I did not call for an Uber to go anywhere???? and wait for us to come to the car to getthe food they are called a delivery driver for a reason get different people because they suck!
