Absolute worst experience I have ever had at any truck stop across the entire US in 17 yrs of driving by far! I will never... return to this location and I will stand by that for the rest of my driving career. Way too much ignorance and blatantdisrespect to put into one paragraph. Heavily overpriced items. Loaf of bread shouldn?t be $4 when I can buy it at the store for .99. I bought a bag of dotts pretzels... for $3 again overpriced and when I started to eat them I noticed they were stale. I checked the date and they expired over 5months ago!!! Completely inexcusable. I spend lot of money on gas and other stuff here. Today I took a small glass of water and discarded the glass. This attendant... was cleaning counter and when I threw away the glass she told me I will have to pay .60 cents for the glass. She saw me that Iwas going to throw it away and she didn't stop me. She was rude and shouted at the counter to tell the lady at register to takemoney from me as if I was going to walk out. I was going to fill up my truck; almost 500 dollars and I stopped and came acrossstreet to Loves. For .60 cents they lost 500 dollars. They need to post a sign saying empty glass is .60 cents. All driverswant up. We spend lot of money at these gas stations. Stop giving them business if they continue to disrespect you. It's becauseof US they are in business. Read more

This is a great place to go for truckers and for other vehicles! If you have a Pilot/Flying J rewards card then that's a bonus... too. We stopped in today to get fuel and a bite to eat at McDonald's inside. Of course their following the CDC guidelines rightnow so you can't sit down in McDonald's and you can't use the same cup for refills. I like to shop here also..they have crystalfigurines, Bible/book covers, shirts and vests, toys, travel cups, sunglasses, GPS and blue tooth head sets.. etc and etc. Weweren't that hungry so we just got something from the 2 for $2.00 menu, then went to pay for our fuel. The cashier working wasso nice and helpful. The center looks real clean, restrooms and showers are clean. Right now they have big totes near the frontentrance with toys and such that are 50% off. $1.49 for unleaded right now also! Read more
My hands were too full to carry my drinks so I put them into my purse n had all attentions on paying for them this worker there... he was a man but chose to be a women so a they person I should say came after me n embarrassed me n had me unload my purse likeI was stealing they was a complete jerk n I?ll never use this pilot again so if u want kind workers n not a holes like him(Noah)use another truck stop.
