Today?s experience was far from good. One of your cashiers was rude. She had an attitude from the get go. We asked her for... copies of our bill of lading. We needed to make a copy but she said they didn?t do that at this particular location it was finebut the snarky attitude wasn?t needed. Maybe a bad day not sure but it?s not very good to have that kind of service for yourcustomers. A lot of your equipment is down over here too. TRANSFLO had no printer paper at all for who knows how long, showerperson couldn?t put towels in the showers due to their washer n dryers being broken, lots of water leaking around the showerarea most of the towels were being used to combat the leaks from the seams of the walls. This place needs help or new managementto convey the poor condition of the store. There are many good things here too like the coffee station ample supplies, hot delisection was great and salads and such were on point too. But in all seriousness this place needs some major attention in thefixing department and fixing the quality of customer interactions. I hope to see improvements over time as this is one of ourfrequent stops. This review was from two weeks ago it just posted. It?s really no better today it?s worse the fuel pumps are allmessed up have to go inside to get them to work and most of them have something wrong with handles or only one side works or thepump is down completely. We are here in a truck for the night. The store is nice and food was good, but the woman working the counter was horribly rude.... She said two words. "that it"? I complimented her nails and tried to be nice and nothing. She wouldn't even acknowledge me. Justhanded my husband his change and walked away. Someone should teach her that she is in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am not a people personat all, but I wouldn't hire her to feed my dog. Read more
I just had the poorest and nastiest experience in this location. Black female extremely rude to me. I said hello how are you and... she didn?t even answer. I asked if they had any milk left and she didn?t even answer. All the time paying attention to whatother cashiers were talking about and completely ignoring the fact I was there. I told her to talk to me and look at me as acustomer to what she answered I don?t have to look at you because i am not your woman. Is not about being my woman or not, isabout respect for the customer. 5 employees taking and talking and only one cashier with 6 people in line awaiting to pay. Nastyrestrooms. Nobody cleaning showers. 7 drivers waiting. 4 women at the counter standing around. All refusing to clean the showers. No... maintenance employees working. Wasted 2 hours. Don't recommend stopping here. Go somewhere else. Read more
Should be zero stars. Two fuel pumps not working. The other ones are held together with duct tape. Inside is absolutely filthy.... I wouldn?t give my dog a shower in that bathroom. I can go on and on. Shame on you flying J. This is what all of us driver getto deal with. Not all of us are filthy some of us would enjoy a clean place to eat and wash up. Won?t be back. Read more
I?ve been here 4 days and nobody has cleaned this store bathrooms haven?t been cleaned swept or mopped trucker lounge has not... been cleaned or the laundry room tables have not been wiped down showers have been wiped down except for the toilet believe me Ican tell manager puts stuff up but does not help clean the store shame on you ! We spend good money on fuel and food and drinkabout 1200 in 4 days and we can?t have a clean store shame on all of you ! I hope corporate reads this and does something! This place is a death trap! Tripping hazards, poorly maintained and over priced on everything, the same GPS can be purchased for... under a $100.00 cheaper online or @ Walmart, truckers are being VIOLATED!! and we sacrifice to keep America running. And we'retreated with so much disappointment and robbed of the money we depend on to provide for the family we do have while everyoneelse gets to go home every night and be with there's. Anyone knows a good ambulance chaser for a slip and fall? Hey just saying. Corporate? Handle IT!!!!
