I absolutely love the Pizza Hut on Northwest expressway. If they mess up they corrected and then some. I was credited like 10... extra dollars when my order was made wrong and they delivered it for free. That's my kind of customer service. And the cashierthat took my order was very friendly and helped me out a lot because I couldn't get my coupon to work online so she just did itfor me. She gets an A+ Plus for that. Read more
Not the best customer service. About to move locations. So no soda machines or water fountain, trash cans disappeared... Rare... occasion that dine is open. Call ahead for dine-in... Will be missed Pizza Hut. Read more

What a sad place Pizza hut has become. The fella that took our order was pre-occupied with his phone and ear buds. We had to ask... him to repeat himself several time because we couldnt hear him. They were out of salad. We ordered our pizza. They brought it toour table. No plates, no silverware, no napkins. Had to go ask for everything. Food was good but service was not tworth theprice. Firstly I will say Pizza Hut is my favorite of all the big chains and have many memories going in to eat as a kid in the 90s. ... So when we decided to come in for dinner at Pizza Hut it was a rare novelty that I was looking forward to all night. Veryunprofessional service from the manager. Told they were incredibly busy and going to run out of products again like the nightbefore. Almost as if to deter us from ordering food.. Politely asked if they still could make a certain favorite pizza of mineand was told her cooks wouldn't be doing that. Assumed we wanted our pizza to go when we wanted a dine in experience. Sadlythis experience was not one for the books. P.S. where's the pepperoni? That being said, the food came out hot and very deliciouslol. Just would like to be treated better. Needs to pay more attention to The front desk we waited over thirty mins got no service even rang the bell while all employees... were in back just talking away . We left to the wendys next door where we were helped and greeted as soon as we walked in ! Weare 24hr road service and been on road and working in the heat was really needing some water as well but yet we waited overthirty mins and got no help . Only rated one star to leave a review. Would not suggest this place until they get a newmanagement or something. Read more
