had a bad experience with an order but Virgil the Manager made it right. I appreciate how cool he was about everything.
I ordered a pizza for delivery online. It says for delivery & gives the estimated time of 35 minutes. I called & the guy says... the app changed it to carry out & its sitting there. It's been an hour. He said ok that will be $5 extra and it'll be out in 30minutes. So now it's been sitting 1 1/2 hours for my extra $5. I think they should have delivered it for free at this point. Hesaid we can remake it. So it's even longer. I'm sure it'll be great but I suggest you call or go in person. Normally I pick itup but I couldn't tonight. If it's excellent & worth it: I'll let y'all know. PS... the young man on the phone was courteous &says they are used to being the punching bag for the app messing up. So y'all be nice. So: the pizza got here. It's not remade.It supposed to be double pepperoni. There are entire pieces with no pepperoni on them. I'm taking it back in person. Read more
The food arrived early. It was hot & the Driver was courteous & friendly. All of the food was great. The wings were great,... as always. The Cheesy Alfredo pasta was yummy, & the bread sticks were perfection, best I've ever had from there. Can't waitto try some of the other new pasta dishes. Read more
They have excellent customer service and the wait time wasn't long at all and the pizza cane out piping hot and tasted so fresh.
If you are looking for the ultimate food. The only food that contains all the food groups in one deliciously amazing... combination. The food is pizza ???? of course! Then this is The best place around to get it. Great tasting every time andalways good deals when ordered online. The staff is just as good as the pizza too! Friendly, helpful and respectful. We don't eat pizza or eat out very much but tonight I was not feeling well and everyone was getting hungry so I decided Pizza... Hut. I ordered online on their app. It took my coupons and changes to a few of their Specialty pizzas without a hitch. I chosecurbside service. When I arrived a personable young man ran out and asked for my name to know what order to deliver to my car. Ididn't have to wait long when this same young man brought my HOT pizzas out to me. He actually thanked me for choosing the Hitand wished me a good evening! I am sure I am not the only one but I am not used to hearing 'Thank you' anymore and sad to say,don't expect anymore either. It was very refreshing and he did help me to feel better with his smile, eagerness to work and theinitiative that she showed with his work and transactions with me. Got the pizzas and cheesesticks home. It was the BEST pizza!Nothing was left and everyone was very satisfied. That hasn't happened in a long time. The pizzas that I ordered and madesubstitutions were made correctly and the order was all correct. No mistakes! That has not happened in a very long time! Thetoppings were the same amount with or without the coupons. I have found that there are some establishments will be a littleskimpy when there is a discount. Pizza Hut showed up and scored big time! This particular Pizza Hut has improved dramatically the past few months. I've been a customer for years, but lately their... pizza has been amazing! Their crust is thin & crispy for take out or even delivery. I love a thin & crispy crust and they havenailed it. I'm not a pizza fan, but my family is, we order pizza every couple weeks and I've been very impressed with theimprovement in taste & quality. Read more
Apparently this pizza hut has decided to throw in the towel when it comes to delivery customer service. Instead of keeping or... doing what it takes to hire their own delivery staff, they have punted that responsibility to DoorDash, definitely the worstservice. When I ordered my pizza at 7:52pm it said it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. With DoorDash's service it arrived 1hour after the order. The pizza and boneless wings were barely luke warm. Already complained about the DoorDash affiliationto the store but did not report the luke warm food. Why bother? They'll only blame DoorDash and not accept the blamethemselves. Even if they offered free/discounted food I doubt I would use it until they have returned to delivering their ownfood. Read more
