I ordered the big dinner box with the 2 pizza and pasta. Both pizzas were supposed to have extra cheese and didn't and one was... supposed to have 1/2 bacon and 1/2 sausage but was all sausage. My pizza was not brought to my car when I checked in. I waited ten minutes calling the store with no one answering. I went... inside and was told the pizza was not ready. Less than one minute later a pizza was brought to my car that I watched the guypull out of the warming cabinet. When I got the pizza home I found it was missing pepperoni and was cold. I tried to call thestore to complain, no answer. Tried to call customer service, tells you to complain online or to the store directly. One formdoesn't work. I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN. Most expensive pizza to order and you have to wait 2 hours to get your pizza and if you ordered on the app it's your fault and... the app isn't right. Pizza will say their out for delivery and still being made. Been waiting on the porch for over an hour and20 mins. Still not here. Pizza Hut has the 3 new pastas out now and I have had 2 of them. I tried the cheesey Alfredo pasta and the meaty marinara pasta... and I can say truthfully they are both nasty. The Alfredo pasta was watery real bad and the meaty marinara one had pepperoni'sunder the cheese and it has a nasty sausage for the beef and it's also watery underneath it all. I use to eat the other pasta alot cause it was so good but now I will not order the new pasta and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I really hope they getthe other pasta back but I've noticed ever since COVID a lot of restaurants have been getting cheaper foods and still chargingthe same price but the food is nasty now. Sonic is one that they started using some nasty fake pickles they are gross. So Idon't eat there very much either now. Read more
Has potential to be great store but the sauce they charge for breadsticks is absurd!!! You get runny sauce and its not even... filled to get your money worth!! Pizza was fresh n hot.. could of been 5* had the sauce been better flavor and/or chunkier ...please do better Read more
In a time where carry out leaves one with a pizza-shaped hole in their heart, this Pizza Hut has accepted a mission. A mission... to FILL pizza-shaped holes, not create them! A mission to DRENCH your pie in toppings! A message... to bring tears to the eyesof all who dare entrust them with their hunger through their gospel of pizza. But really though, whoever the GM of this PH ishas done an incredible job. They don't skimp on the toppings or crust addons, and their slices look more like pieces of pizzathan a flood-damaged collection of assorted early Native arrowheads. This is about as good as you could hope for as far ascarryout pizza goes. Most Pizza Huts these days are disappointing, but these guys are really exceeding the mark.
