I don't normally write reviews, but this is an occassion where one is necessary. They put way too much sauce on the sandwich I... ordered and the chicken on it was undercooked. And when I say too much sauce, I mean like an intentionally obnoxious amount ofsauce for whatever reason. I guess I should've checked the reviews for this location before stopping here. This is one of the worst Popeyes ever! I just left there not even 30mins ago, first I had to wait about 10mins in the drive thur... before they took my order and it was only one car in front of me, then whenever I get the window I had to wait another 10minutes for my food and Change, so I ask the guy at the window was my red beans and in there and he told me it was in the box, Igets all the way home and it?s not! I tried to call and of course you can?t get through, you need to fire everyone there andretrain a better team because this is ridiculous we pay our money and we want what we pay for! Came in more than an hour before close. For fresh chicken strips. They informed me they had already closed the kitchen and only... were serving the chicken strips they had already had for the night. After I asked them if they were closing early they informedme they would keep the same chicken strips for the next hour and 15 minutes. Once receiving my food the manager explained hewould throw the chicken strips away in 30 minutes but wouldn?t cook anymore for the remainder of the night. When they alreadywere out of french fries mac & cheese and chicken sandwiches. Seems like very little customer satisfaction was taken aconsideration. After the manager explained he would not drop chicken strips because it comes out of his cost and paycheck hethen slam the door in my face before I could say anything else. My food was not finished and I ordered a 3pc tender meal and a 5pc tender meal and the drive thru lady was being stingy with the... sauce. She gave me 2 to start and I asked for more and told her I had 2 orders of tenders and she gave me one more sauce. I donot recommend this Popeyes. They should just shut it down. Horrible??Please check your food before leaving?? The manager on duty at 11:30am yesterday 12/17/2019 no comprehension skills. I... left a review but it didn?t let me post photos. So this review has photos of the horrible sandwiches I ordered for everyone....on top of that she kept my receipt. 4 of the chicken sandwiches were mostly crust, barely any chicken.
