Got two bowls. Took them home and there were only 4 chunks of meat per bowl. Really?? Short on meat, I ordered one with rice,... it was bland and too much. Like they were making up for the little meat portion with too much rice. Then got chips and queso,the chips were stale, yuck! I will not return here. Read more
Don?t ever order online here for pick up. They?ll forget about you & even tho you waited 20-30 mins to go to the store to pick... up your order. It still won?t be done. You?ll be waiting about 20-30 mins extra in the store & still won?t get your food. Theyserved the people who walked in faster than us & even the people who went through the drive thru was getting their food quick.They have no sense of urgency really or really care. I asked for a refund & i had to wait for the manager to finish ?shaking thechips? for him to give me a refund. It?s been more than once that this has happened. There was another guy there waiting on hispick up order & he said to us ?y?all might as well take a seat. I?ve been here a minute? he was right lol bc we ended up notgetting our food & got a refund. Food is great. However, the workers need training on customer service skills! The workers act as if you are a bother and today ,... I paid cash for my order and the cashier did not say "thank you" , give me my change back (around only .48 cents, but still?) ,and nor did she hand me a receipt..? Has anyone ever seen a burrito with less filling from Qdoba? It was easy to wrap and if it wasn?t for the guacamole it would... have almost been a taco in an extra large tortilla. They were also out of grilled veggies and no one knew who could make themeven though there were about 8 employees but 5 of them were standing around not doing anything. As a returning vegetarian with a hubby who's not, this place is great! Soooooo many choices! Great locations, clean, friendly... staff, fresh hot food, and competitive prices. I'd recommend the ???? burritos! The vegetarian one is ???? ????! I'd recommendgetting them double wrapped! The portions are HUGE and I can only eat half. Qdoba is a nice mexican restaurant that sells rather nice mexican cuisine with a bit of tex mex thrown in. The place is clean... and organized, the staff is nice, and the food is made fresh in front of you. The food is delicious too, and with a short menuits easy to choose from what you want or to create your own dish. However, the prices for the food is rather...high. Its a bitmuch but I suppose if the food is good then hey its worth it. I do recommend. So what are you waiting for? Go eat! Read more
The guy on the line tries to put as little meat on the item as possible (unless your his buddy) and it continues to get worse... each visit. You get more meat in a $1 burrito from Crest. Read more
