This location always forgets something when I go thru the drive thru. I work a different canes location but this one is closer... to me so I go. I know for a fact when you take food out that is for a pulled car you ask drive thru if they want ketchup or hotsauce and they are suppose to let them know. I never get my hot sauce and it?s always such a bummer. They are also suppose torepeat back the order before they take your money and they don?t. They charged me for an extra sauce that I didn?t ask for. So Iended up paying more for something I did not want. Read more

Past 3xs going through drive thru in evening, ordering is off. Requested 1 jug SWEET TEA JUG but more than likely you don't get... what you paid for, you get Reg Tea...... So plan your way inside the store so You know you get what you ordered by watching themfrom behind counter... Tired of paying for Regular tea when I request sweet tea... Excellent service, clean place, I ordered the 3 finger combo (3 chicken strips, one slice of bread,soda,dressing and fries. The... strips size are small and served a lot of fries ????, anyway if you're starving , better ask for a different combo, they alsohave chicken hamburgers,kids meal and sides. Read more

It's chicken and it's not too bad. My go-to is the sandwich and other than the weird piece of lettuce I always end up with, no... complaints. Sauce is yummy. Chicken is usually tender. Prices did go up, thankfully the chicken piece size stay about the same.My only issue is that the fries always start to get a wee bit soggy by the time I get home. -_- Read more
