Customers please check your order's before Leave or drive off. This place left out a couple of things. Restaurant's do that... to cheat customer's to save. Restaurant's know u may not come back once U are gone. Manager's/owner's have employees topurposely leave item's out. I've worked at fast food before. Once they know U are ??. Well let start by saying I respect Cane?s their accomplishments going global started in Louisiana and now going to every state... in the country... I have been to many Canes?s locations and the standards are always the same which I respect however thislocation in OKC is way below standard in my experience. I first get there and the cashier while I?m trying to order is laughingand talking to someone on the headset. Then I sit down the tables are dirty &disgusting and not one person is cleaning tables inthe lobby area. The trash all full of stuff. Looks like they have not been changed or cleaned. The staff are just walking aroundand laughing? the fries were salty the lemonade was watered down and not to mention there were flies flying around as we areeating in the restaurant while I ate inside with my family trying to shoe away flies from my food. I don?t know maybe I wasexpecting the same standards as all the others in my experience on 7/24/22 @4:40pm. We arrived ate and left disappointed? The food was good. The service not so good. I don't know if the person who helped me was having a bad day or not but they were... not very friendly. The wait time was over 10 minutes too. I'll try a different location next time. Read more
