Pros: 1. Lots of close parking 2. Clean exterior 3. Clean interior 4. Little to no wait time to be seated 5. Friendly hostess... and waitress 6. Food tasted good and was freshly made 7. Music not too loudly playing 8. Vegetarian option - able to getvegetarian patty on any burger. Great selection! Cons: 1. Ice cream machine wasn't ready on visit. It was about 11:30am 2.Order not accurate to order. One burger we had asked no onions and it came with onions anyway. Had to be picked off. 3. Tablewas small 4. Only received one napkin for each of us. Summary: The food here is quite yummy and the service is wonderful. I wasjust very disappointed the ice cream machine wasn't ready since the Root beer floats were the main purpose for the visit. I havebeen to this location several times and it is always good! First thing we noticed is the restaurant was super clean. All the staff were helping each other to bring appetizers, drinks and... main courses out. The decor was cool and the food was good. It came out super quick. Only thing missing is a Donatos! Read more

Our server Katelyn was A RAY OF SUNSHINE! Pro Tip: ASK FOR KATELYN! She's a joy and will up sell you to all the best menu hacks... & eats. The food was HOT honey so know the kitchen staff was also on point so BRAVO! Katelyn smiled the ENTIRE time she assistedour party of 4 PLUS THE ENTIRE FLOOR. 8 tables & 21+ guests in total ALONE with ONE kitchen runner assisting her while theENTIRE "MANAGEMENT" TEAM sat and had a 30 plus minute meeting in the bar area (They were sitting there when we arrived AND whenwe left ????). They were the LOUDEST PEOPLE in the building and could frequently be heard laughing and talking while we hadlunch. NOT ONCE did any of them get up to assist with the floor. There were no checks to flow of traffic or of customersatisfaction. They literally sat in the bar and had a meeting that would have been better suited to BEFORE store open or duringOFF PEAK hours. Katelyn and the kitchen server handled what they did like real bosses! As a restaurant owner, corporateexecutive and just an everyday customer this was a DISAPPOINTING show from management. Management is the heart of the business.This maybe why there is a current 3.8 star rating. This is also why we are so short staffed in the industry. When managementwould rather sit and have a party meeting during peak hours while the staff is hit during a rush this is the problem. Shows areal lack of teamwork, leadership and service to the guest. The 2 stars today are due to the VISIBLE MANAGEMENT team doingabsolutely nothing to assist the guest nor staff as they had THE BEST TIME during the management meeting in the middle of alunch rush. Went for my birthday. Had a burger and fries and a drink. Had the Smoke & Pepper burger, steak fries and the Sunset Lemonade.... All was good. Our server was absolutely awesome (hate that I can't remember her name) she was great!!! Read more

Food and drinks were great but you could tell they had one new server serving the whole floor and she seemed to be struggling. ... We ordered 2 appetizers and they took them to 3 different tables until we waived them over to let them know those were ours. Read more

The restaurant was not busy so it was nice in that aspect. We got the kids meal and we thought our orders got placed correctly.... We ordered the endless salad and a souper sandwich meal, but she missed the sandwich meal and proceeded to tell us how that?snot what we ordered. We waited a long time for the Oreo shake. The ranch was really good but not going to come back to thisone. Read more

We go to Red Robin every few months. We usually get fried pickles and are satisfied with the portion, taste & quality. This... visit the fried pickles was served to us with 10 pickles, but the price was the same as always. Our servers didn?t visit usmuch. We waited so long for her to come back that, I finally paid on the computer at our table because she never brought ourticket. I was planning to pay cash. When she noticed that, she asked us if we want boxes for our leftovers. During our visit,she also told another employee that she was ready to quit. I guess she was having a tough day. Read more
