I go to this one often, well one particular night, I went through drive thru and nobody was in front of me or anything, so I... waited for a bit at the drive thru and finally some lady came on with an attitude and I asked to get the kids BBQ dinner and Iwanted a strawberry lemonade and she said we don't have strawberry lemonade of course with an attitude, I said well I get it allthe time, I asked are you out? She said yes!! So I got something else, anyway pulled around and someone else was at the window,different voice and really nice, well I heard that rude voice talking to her and the nice one closed the drive thru window and Iwas watching them inside and saw them talking and looking at me, how rude is this?? Two stars only for the waitress actually trying to make our experience good. Went for the first time for my birthday after going... to the Norman location in previous years, but it had since closed. Two other tables were full, pretty empty for a Sunday.Waitress was friendly and great. Kitchen staff... not so much. They messed up two of our orders. When the waitress tried tocorrect them, the kitchen staff were arguing loudly with her about how it was her fault. The waitress had to argue to get ourorders corrected. After we were done eating, the kitchen staff were still agitated and started a fight with the second waitressthere. The whole restaurant could hear them arguing. Very unprofessional. The ladies bathroom was horrid. Only one stall. Soapdispenser was ripped off the wall, the toilet paper dispenser top was ripped off, barely any toilet paper left, and someone hadshoved paper towels in the toilet. Would not go back and kind of regret choosing this location to have my birthday dinner. Read more

What a major disappointment this place was. Can understand why they are closing location

Food is good. But they ignore the phone ringing and they ignore the beeping of the drive thru. Took 4 phone calls (no answer at... all) and 2 trips around building (no answer) then went to window and waited until the guy acknowledged us and was superfrustrated that he had to take our order. Food was great service was awesome. Order to delivery was exceptional.

Our first waitress was not in a good mood when she found we had a party of 7. This included 5 adults a 12 year old and a 6 year... old. She sent us over to an area that was not set up for 7 and was upset about getting it ready .. She asked another waitress totake our table along The second waitress already had been waiting on.. The second waitress ran her but off trying to take careof all the tables she did a good job and had a great attitude about the whole situation! The food was good but we felt bad forthe waitress whom was taking care of all these tables while the other just stood around. Sadly we will not return to thislocation because of the way we were treated.. We did tip the second waitress well!! Read more
