UPDATED REVIEW: we previously went here and had a bad experience. The manager reached out to me regarding my experience and... invited us back to try it again. I must say this experience was infinitely better than my previous experience. This time we wentthere was plenty of food brought to the table, the drinks (Brazilian limeade) were better quality and the sides were all hot anddelicious. Overall I would say that this restaurant has redeemed themselves in my eyes. Not only was the food good this lasttime but the way management handles the situation was great. Very good customer service. We met James the general manager lastnight and he was so kind and made us feel welcomed. I think this restaurant hit some bumps just starting out but they seem to bequickly rectifying any issues they come across. We will gladly return here if they keep up with their currenttrajectory. I usually don't give low reviews, honest! And hopefully I can go back and it's better, but it was incredibly expensive, but the... food was not good. Not even slightly! Texas de Brazil is much much better. My whole party agreed that on it's worse day, it'sbetter than here. 1. Meat came out at room temperature -it was this way even when it looked uncut 2. This place just opened so I understand there may be growing pains at first, totally understandable, the staff and gauchos were... all great and terrific and the food was absolutely delicious!! The main and really only issue was it took waaaay too long to getyour meat served too you, they were clearly understaffed to the point I saw 3 different managers now working as gauchos. Wewould get served a small piece of meat on average probably once every 5/10 min which is just unacceptable for a priceyrestaurant. I hope they get staffed properly so this doesn't keep happening cause I'd absolutely love to come back as long asyou can get a decent number of meats served to us in a timely manner. The food here was absolutely delicious! From the grilled pineapple, the potato salad, and those tasty cheesy dinner rolls,... everything was so full of flavor! Our server was Jess, and she was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. We had manymanagers come by the table to make sure everything was to our liking, even the kitchen manager! This new OKC restaurant is wonderful and we will definitely return. Even with being a new type of serving experience for the... staff, they were attentive, smiling, and enthusiastic. The selections are seemingly endless and everything we tried wasdelicious! The salad bar and hot sides bar have many choices and are in a class of their own for the creative offerings. Thereare TWELVE choices of roaming servers of meats, plus and an incredible pineapple. We both loved the Parmesan encrusted rib eye. My husband ranked it with the best. The price is reasonable for this new ?all you can eat? style. Oh and the caramel flandessert is decadent. Can?t forget to mention the Passion Fruit Martini!! Yum. What a fantastic dinner in a great spot in Bricktown! The service was awesome. Both Jess and Myeshia were attentive, personable... and highly knowledgeable. I loved all the meats - the top sirloin was my favorite. There were so many salads at the salad bar -my favorite was the buffalo chicken salad and the ceviche.
