I never ever see them open. Do not count on them being open! If you're set on Schlotzky's go to another location.

I had a fantastic experience at the MacArthur location. The staff was extremely friendly helping me with the menu. And the store... was clean and comfortable. Best schlotzskys in the metro no doubt. Read more

It's insane for a fast food chain to have their lobby clothes at 3 PM everyday. Not only was the lobby closed but when I went in... the drive-through it took the guy 5 minutes to respond to me. A truck cut in front of me and went to the window and and the guytaking my order said my order said I would have to wait until the truck was done ordering. Then when I get to the window hetells me the guy in the truck was with a delivery service and was just start to pick up food. Food is pretty good, but they have no help! Lobby closes at 3pm but they lock the doors well before that. Hire some folks. Fix... those issues and your are 4 -4.5 stars Read more

Great food and Excellent customer service. Manager Shamiya ( not sure how to spell it ) most definitely deserves a raise for the... way she handled an upset customer. Calm, cool, very respectful. They're lucky to have her. Read more
