I keep trying this place hoping my bad experiences have just been "off" days. The staff has always been friendly and nice, my... issue is with the product. I ordered a cold brew with oat milk. Kid you not, the milk was flaky/chunky at the bottom of the cupand the "cold brew" looked like weak iced tea in the top of the cup. Not stirred.
