Omg let me tell you that the service here is absolutely stellar, and the staff are stand up, I lost my wallet out of my car... door when I leaned out to swipe my card, and they found it and put it in the safe for me until I returned looking g for it.All the cash still inside. This location has really gone down hill recently. Not opening until 10 today. Thursday I was there at 7:10 and never received... my order. Others around me that ordered after me got theirs orders. I asked the car hop about my order. She just said it was herfault and ran off. Several time my drink orders are wrong. Management needs to step in and fix this lication. Read more
The curb service was Ok. Put the order was wrong.every time fresh cold -to much catchup aways short on our order. There three... of us to eat miss one burger .we paid the girl extra on tip every time. Food was. Cold when we got home just one mile fromthere. ordered on the mobile app over memorial day weekend. somehow one of the drinks on the combo meal we ordered was wrong. i asked... the carhop to swap out the drink, offered to even pay for a new drink. carhop got an attitude with me, so i got one back. herresponse was to throw one of the route 44 drinks INSIDE MY CAR. my driver side and some of my passenger side was soaking wet andsticky. my phone got wet and had to take to apple. but the inside of my car needed to be deeply cleaned. my husband was in thecar with me and called the manager right after. she said she was sorry for what happened, and also stated she had to have aserious conversation with the carhop. we did reach out to the owner, and he was super nice about the situation. he did offer andsend 2 giftcards to get my car cleaned. he handled the situation very nicely, and due to his response I will gladly continue tocome to sonic. i was happy with the outcome of the situation and I hope this wont happen again. the owner stated that the carhopwould be help accountable for her actions. things happen, but glad we were able to resolve the issue! giving 5 stars due to themanagers and owners response to the situation.
